Landstock have commenced redevelopment works at Centenary House in central Leeds. This grade 2 listed building is being converted & extended into retail & 80 residential premises.
We were recently appointed as Main Contractors for two new student accommodation blocks in Headingley Leeds – this 43 bedroom scheme continues with the redevelopment of the site and will provide the very best of student living.
The redevelopment and extension of Horsforth Mill in Leeds is due to commence in 2017 – for what will be one of the areas most prominent residential buildings (89 luxury apartments), we are delighted to be undertaking this ‘showcase’ build.
Landstock undertook the renovation and fit out for a new MyLahore restaurant, Birmingham.
As we enter into the final quater of 2013 we are commencing our last refit of the year at Bradford Mayo Avenue in November, this project will run into 2014 which will also be another busy time. Having successfully completed complex simultaneous multi site projects with considerable constraints we are pleased that our allocation of the WMS roll out will continue throughout 2014 at Leeds: Morley, Swinnow, Horsforth, Wakefield Ridings, Heckmondwike, Boroughbridge, Hull, Wetherby & Ripon.
Our second 2013 Fresh Format scheme was successfully delivered in February for WMS at High Wycombe following the completion at Giffnock a few days prior.
Further schemes are commencing from April onwards starting at Bradford (Victoria) then Darlington,Sunderland (Doxford), Telford, Mansfield, Bradford E5, Keighley, West Denton (Newcastle), Hartlepool, Knottingley,Pontefract, Hunslet and Yeadon (last two both Leeds).
We are very pleased that our appointment on the continuation of the national rollout extends into 2013 as Principal Contractors on the current batch of Fresh Format improvements.

Our first 2012 ‘Store Of The Future’ was successfully completed in September – transforming the store with this inspiring new concept. Our commitment and dedication ensured delivery with minimal disruption – a proud team effort.
We recently undertook major re roofing and plant works at the premises of this multinational firm whilst the building remained operational during the second half of 2011, and are also pleased to confirm inclusion on their future works framework for approved contractors from 2012 onwards.
We are pleased to confrirm our appointment as Principal Contractors at several stores for the H2 phase of the continuing roll out of ‘stores of the future’;
The works briefly comprise of internal refurbishments to sales floors including bulkheads, alterations to mechanical, electrical and refrigeration installations, relocation of cigarette kiosks, creation of new flower shops, refurbishment of WCs, reconfiguration and refresh of fresh produce and food isles, reconfiguration of refrigeration and HVAC services to suit revised layouts and redecoration of ceilings, walls and floors; some stores are also having external improvements.
